DIRECT N.M.A RENTAL

Kindly read the car and bike rental policy, terms and conditions thoroughly to fully understand each point mentioned.

We reserve the right to modify, add, change, move or update all or part or the policy, terms and conditions at any time we consider necessary.

DIRECT N.M.A RENTAL rates include :

Unlimited kilometers
Insurance on tires, windscreens and damage to the underside of the rental car
Collision Damage Waiver Insurance - CDW
Theft Protection Insurance TPI
Road maps
VAT, municipality tax, and airport & port surcharges
24-hr servis

All renters must hold a valid EU or International Driving License for at least one year prior to the rental.
Minimum age of drivers: 21 years old for cars / bikes all groups and automatic cars .
Car hire rates are calculated on the basis of delivery/collection from the same rental location. Rental days are calculated on a 24-hr basis from the time of the delivery of the hired car.
If the car is returned with a delay of 1hour or longer, the renter will be charged with an additional day.
International one way cars and bikes hires are not available.
The terms and conditions mentioned above do not include compulsory and/or additional charges, which are payable locally, unless otherwise stated on the agents voucher.
No-show or cancellation 24 hours or less prior to the delivery date, will result in an additional 3-day of the net rate.
Not covered by any insurance:

COLLISION DAMAGE DUE TO ALCOHOL OR DRUG ABUSE, AS WELL AS ALL TRAFFIC LAW VIOLATIONS.
